Thoughts on children dressing in traditional clothes for United Cultures Club day? Someone brought this idea up but it was turned down because it would be considered “cultural appropriation” (I’m POC but I could only see this in a positive way for kids to learn more about other cultures)

?? why can’t they dress in their own respective cultural garb
