well i think the west frames love the same way it frames career goals so we don’t give it the space to be much more than a goal we have to manufacture in any way possible. and you can’t really manufacture it. so you end up with this mangled thing where yes maybe you have found a semblance of comfort but it rests on you calculating the exact right decision or sitting with things not worth sitting with because no one wants to admit they didn’t reach the goal they thought they’d passed. no one lets themselves think about what love is and what they want to get out of it and how to do it and how they want it to extend from them because they’re too busy trying to get it but how are you supposed to get something you don’t even really understand in the first place. it’s like making a cake based off nothing more than a bakery display. you need to get every step to get it right. otherwise u get slop
