dude,,, how do you write essays with emotion? your writing style is just. perfect ugh,,, like ik its something that youre either good or bad at, im fine grammar wise but im terrified for when i write college app essay(s) only to realize my complete lack of emotional sincerity. seriously, even my teacher once ,,complimented" my "terse, succinct, purposeful" writing style like say i sound like a robot at that point goddamn 😭😭😭
I also had a teacher compliment me for writing very bluntly and robotically when I was younger and I managed to movi into a more natural rhythm once I stopped worrying so much about conventions and the “right” way to do things and when i started just writing the way I talk instead
